Very nice shareholders letter. I do NOT think that Bill is pissed. I do think that like many of us......he is just damn tired of it. And when you have had enough, it is time to stop the madness, and that is what he is doing.
I doubt seriously, that he wants to sue anyone. I think what he wants is to stop the B/S and get on with his business, and in the easiest, and most productive way possible.
Bill VERY OBVIOUSLY, has no fear of investigations by the RCMP, or any regulatory agency either in the U.S., or in Canada. In fact, he has welcomed any investigation, and most likely HOPES to have one to clear not only HIS name , but, the company and shareholders interest as well.
This to me is evidence of someone who is DOING the right thing, WANTING the right thing, and further BEGGING, the governments, and judicial system to PLEASE, take notice of what is happening and do something to protect the integrity of companies that are going by the rules, and busting their asses to do the right things as well as the shareholders of said companies.
So, Bill, and all who wrote the letters......BRAVO.
This will take some time to sort out, so, it is just what it is until it does get sorted out. I have waited this long so I am pretty much either used to it , or numb....not sure which. But, I do know if and when I can get some more scratch up, I WILL, add to my position.
