Wow, it appears grant assumed Bill received the letter because he knew inside information that the letter was sent. Little did he know it was NOT delivered on the expected date of the 13th, it was delivered to Bill on the 18th. Woops, he got caught red handed there...gonna be hard to refute that he had inside knowledge on this one.
