What is most damning for finston, parry, bronchstein and robertson, among others, is that rather than send letters to the authorities with their "concerns" about FITX (as did many hundreds of FITX shareholders to expose the actions of finston, parry, etc), they instead used the internet and social media to spread their "concerns" against FITX.
After all if you are breaking the law as these people did, you certainly aren't going to inform the authorities of your actions and intent.
They crossed the line and there is no turning back for these criminals
