Reading thru some other site threads the skinny on the pulling of the judicial review as procedural was because CEN filed prior to the official "denial". So you can't seek damages for something that hadn't happened. That's what I'm gleaming. So watch for CEN reworking that with a new case number this week.
On yahoo dogbone14 is saying both sites have no security and there has been no lease payment made to jim Chaaban on site one for this month. Take that for what it's worth. The guy also said we where growing. But he also knew bill was in the ukraine before anyone else. So who knows.
