The rumors can fly all over the country but, to the best of my knowledge, there is no guaranty that Pershing Resources will issue additional Press Releases at any set time in the future. Best GUESS: Pershing Resources will update its activities within the next few weeks just to keep investors informed about its focus and direction. I anticipate additional information will be provided with respect to the hiring of minesite employees (RE: website careers advertisement). Costs will dictate the management decisions on the number of QUALIFIED employees. I suspect the first hire will be a site superintendent/supervisor, then once the appropriate process is ascertained, site hourly employees will be brought on board. I believe all the initial minesite hiring can be accomplished before June with actual PRELIMINARY minesite activities completed by the end of summer. Actual production should start in the Fall. All the above are MY OPINION based upon watching start-ups of other small mining operations. IF the capitalization goes well (equipment, etc purchased), production could start sooner.
