taking a closer look; Quantum Materials Appoints Craig A. Lindberg as CFO

DK whether we'll have revenues/contract on the nx Q. If we don't, then I expect sp to erode. Should any decide to flip, be aware that sp will most likely surge on news and exercise due care.
