I thought the company already received a permit from the NYSDEC that ran through 2024; where did this "draft" permit come from? Did PTOI submit this to the SEC as an exhibit in a filing? Which filing?

I don't think garbage is what we're talking about. As recently as this morning, sources state that municipalities in New Jersey get about $10 a ton for recyclable plastics; what does that pencil out to be, per pound? (Hint: it's far, far less than $.30 - $.35, even using simple math).
