Nice day +10,000 % ... I know many with TECo also own GARB and they filed 10K's dating all the way back to 2011.
Woulldn't that be trick. Two struggling stocks beat the overwhelming odds of getting SEC complaint and get back on the OTC.
And many of us here own both.
