These were the questions that I emailed Brian Rose the President of the Texas distributor that recently signed an agreement with THCZ...... and his replies
ME:
I am an investor holding many shares of THCZ stock (Totally Hemp Crazy Inc.). I have recently read a PR released stating how your company and THCZ made a distribution agreement. I am wondering if you can provide me some information on that agreement. Since you were quoted in that PR I take it that a real binding agreement was made and signed between the two parties, is this true?
BRIAN:
Yes
ME:
If so I am wondering how long the agreement is for as well as some details behind that agreement. That is, has there been a definitive order of product made by your company to THCZ?
BRIAN:
Deal was just signed on 3/31/15. Deal has a one year term with automatic renewals. Other aspects of the deal are still pending about bottling of the new hemp water products.
ME:
If so, what volumes and time frame has been set?

Likewise I am wondering if you can provide me with any of your perspective of the THCZ product? Have you tried it?
BRIAN:
Yes I have tried it and I think it is a superior product. They have done an excellent job in the formulation of their products.
ME:
How well do you think it will be welcomed by your current customer base?
BRIAN:
May 1 marks my 30 year anniversary in the industry, I feel this product will do extremely well with the customer base and in the market.
ME:
Do you foresee possibly gaining more future customers by offering a hemp based product?
BRIAN:
Yes
ME:
Any estimations on how many cases you might be distributing for the rest of 2015?
BRIAN:
Not yet. We along with THCZ are currently developing point of sale materials to distribute to my current customer base in preparation for the launch of the new product line to the existing customer base. It is a process. Sign deal, prepare for roll out, bring product in, begin distribution.
ME:
Do you plan to distribute THCZ products to Texas retailers.
BRIAN:
Yes
