As of December 31, 2013, the Company has accumulated 515,314 net leasehold acres in the Williston Basin. It is exploiting resource potential from the Bakken and Three Forks formations, which are present across a substantial portion of its acreage. It has built its Williston Basin leasehold acreage position primarily through acquisitions and development in its three primary project areas: West Williston, East Nesson and Sanish. The Company’s operations are focused in the North Dakota and Montana areas of the Williston Basin.
