I spoke with him 3-4 months ago and he told me the same exact thing. Good luck. I do hope it works out. Just kind of sick of the lies. Like how hard is it to post the NOBO/OBO numbers and why cancel the meeting then schedule another then indefinitely push it. Website goes away. Seems he has no integrity. I know people will follow him to the end but honestly (and not bashing just being realistic) what is the reasoning behind not following through on anything. Some of these things are easy to just post. It's just getting too old now. I won't sell cause I am willing to lose. I just wish it would end one way or the other.
