Correct, 15 days.
When a penny stocker files for an extension, bashers grab ahold of it, do their sick spin, turning into, the company is broke, accountant is incompetent, the list goes on.
The a company and SEC wants the year end filing to be unflawed, if there are errors, the company has to file an amended 10-K, cost time and money.
Extensions are allowed, using the filing form below, giving additional time to get it right the 1st time.
Very common practice, perfectly legit, nothing negative about it, so bashers, GFU!!!
