One can only hope those in charge of Film can see the importance of audited financials. From a traders perspective audited financials are a rare thing in pinky land.
Audited fins show traders that management is taking Film seriously by putting time, effort and money into a company that will pay off as a solid, revenue, generating entity. Traders do tend to respect that effort and invest their money in this type of going concern; enabling the pps to move higher which attracts other financial investors and puts the company into the position of stabilizing the pps for a move to more senior markets.
With outside financial investors and a move to more senior markets, FILM would be well on it way to completing its commitments to films under consideration/contracts signed and waiting for production. More senior markets would realize the potential of even more investors and FILM could readily find itself in a win/win situation.
It appears to be a simple thing really… pay the auditor and have them finish the audited financials, pay the attorneys and have them complete the paper work necessary to move to senior exchanges… and the traders will be right there with you.
And so, we shall see…..
