Discovery Minerals Signs Joint Venture with Retail Seed Company
April 2nd 2015---Los Angeles. Discovery Minerals Ltd. (OTC PINK: DSCR) (PINKSHEETS: DSCR) (Discovery) Discovery Minerals Ltd. and AB AGRO Technologies Inc. (AB AGRO) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a preliminary Joint Venture Agreement with Interstate Bait Inc. (I-B8, http://www.i-b8.com/), a boutique sunflower seed snack company in Utah.
As the 2015 Industrial Hemp growing season approaches, there are many calculations DSCR and AB AGRO need to make but the primary one is by how much to increase the growing acreage. With a JV partner such as I-B8, the ability to ensure the harvested seed is sold quickly and at a pre-determined price makes the decision to multiply the 2015 growing acreage a simple one.
I-B8 is an established boutique sunflower seed snack company known for their seed quality, craftsmanship and unique flavors. Currently I-B8 has been actively investigating methods to increase their present sales and distribution numbers. The JV partnership intends to launch a promotional campaign to roast & season the hemp seeds with I-B8’s unique flavors and textures and market the products through I-B8’s existing distribution points.
