I did end up speaking to Robert yesterday. He believes he is doing the right thing in an effort to improve the companies image. He wants to re-uplist since he lost his status a while a go due to the price drop. They are fully audited and reporting and he is willing to pay the $10K uplist fee. He believes with share buyback and the improved structure from the RS that it will be harder to manipulate and he is willing to support the bid. He says he has A LOT of PR's and will start releasing after the RS.
Like most of you I would prefer we PR our way back up, but Robert strongly believes that the 000's is too highly manipulated for PLKD to get out and stay out. He is aware he PR'd no RS. I just wanted to pass this on. It sounds like the company has a lot of positive things in the hopper. I just hope the share price can hold so we don't lose any more money. GLTA
