I still say since day one when the bashing started that FITX would've been halted by the SEC way back when if there was any wrongdoing or anything even remotely close to that. If you remember they were in some sort of agreement with PHOT who was halted because of questions that were raised about the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace and potentially manipulative transactions in PHOT’s common stock. FITX severed their relationship with PHOT immediately when this came to light.
PHOT wasn't the only marijuana stock halted back then, there were several halted so you know the SEC was busy looking at all of the related companies including FITX.
If anything has been done under the table it's been by a group with an agenda to put FITX out of business or at least the very least turn investors away and let the lack of investors and trading volume run the stock into the ground.
It is my hope that the investigating agencies take a thorough look so they can identify who and why the smear campaign was started and prosecute those people to the maximum extent of the law!
Not the least worried about anything turning up against FITX................!
