Is this the end? NITE has 105,000,000 million shares up for sale at $.0002. The question is twofold: who has that many shares to sell and what do we make of the fact that no one is buying?
Dilution has happened too much. If this is the company trying to make money for bills, it's the end the day and we might as well all go home.
The financials are late. The President's Letter to Shareholders said nothing. No News Reports! Nothing relating to what happened at the conference they supposedly presented at.
Is it time to sell at $.0001 and take the capital loss on next year's income taxes? I don't know.
I used to believe in this company. I don't anymore. At one time, I thought I could double my money. My threshold has gone lower. It was then, if I could make even $100 profit. I then moved to breaking even. Now, if I can make half of my investment back and take the other half for capital loss.
I bought the snake oil. I'm paying for it now.
