Micro, i would say his lack of answering means its fair game, here at least. I think he woulda said something otherwise...i think him saying something would make him uneasy because he would be controlling something that he shouldnt have any control over, which would create a conflict of interest. if we didnt know Bob and took those shots randomly would we ask for his permission? Now if we were on his mine...JMO.
