The OSC administers and enforces Ontario securities law. We can confirm that the OSC has an active investigation involving CEN Biotech underway, but we have no further information to provide. As with other regulatory or enforcement agencies, the OSC endeavours to release information to the fullest extent possible. However, when a review or investigation is being conducted, OSC staff do not generally comment publicly, nor to individuals, about its status or progress.
