NSAV .0002 update to Shareholders,
I am sending this as an update on the company and the progress.
Steven Baritz and I, have spent many hours in updating the business plans and reviewing the objectives set last year. I will go over the information I can share at this time, as we wait on the lawyers to work on there projects.
First, I want to offer an apology that this is taking longer then we had planned.
I can not answer questions that the company has not sent in filings or offered in news releases.
I can tell you that Steven Baritz is very aware of the value of a clean audited company that is current on all their debt and filings. This has presented him new challenges of the best avenue or avenues to increase revenues right away.
Steven is currently working with the lawyer, CPA and with my contacts, in identifying the next project we need to fund at this time.
We are currently looking at all the assets of website models and other offers to decide the best options for revenues at this time.
Steven is ready to have a new board meeting very soon to set the next years full business plan. He is waiting till we have a full board to make the decisions of the companies new future and the right opportunities.
The priorities are signing an agreement that is in the best interest of the shareholders.
Deciding on the best plan of funding in an S1 registration in preferred and common shares to fund the company and payoff the convertibles.
Address the issue of the filings of the new company name and direction of the new business
Create a new website business with the highest profitability to decrease the need of additional financing.
Control the costs of the new business model as well as the corporate costs of the NSAV.
Finalize the last step of ending the procedural error with the DTC/CEDE.
Hiring a new broker representative for the transfer and orderly flow of the shares on the market. ( Part of the DTC Process)
Creating a full information flow to the shareholders, with the use of website blogs, posting, links, conference calls, webinars and other news releases to increase awareness.
One new direction that includes the growth of an exciting new business model in the right new growth sectors of the US and Canadian business environments.
I know I have asked this before, and I will ask it one more time.
Please have a little more patience as the work is being done properly by the lawyers to produce the best opportunities for the shareholders future and equity.
The lawyers know the time line Steven has set and they are working overtime to finalize the business at hand, right away.
Once both sets of lawyers and CPAs are done with their work, Steven will release the next chapter of the companies new business.
I know I am as anxious as the shareholders for the future of this company. and to share the vision that Steven and I have worked so hard on the last three months straight.
