Nothing more than random fantasy numbers spit out for amusement purposes and nothing at all to do with the present reality of where we sit. Guesses, for entertainment only with no logical pattern or explanation to back the thought process.
Coming from an industry expert, I'd expect some sort of dialogue beyond the random numbers. They're meaningless before we even get to a half a penny, let alone a penny. Of course if Green Cures wishes to "stay ahead of the curve," as Gears was just saying, they actually need to see the curve coming and at present, they don't. Long and holding as the ship sails south and hoping for a master plan!
