The only other OTC company I can remember investing in that had real products and one's I had an incentive to purchase was Spongetech (SPNG). I bought the dog sponge with the infused soap. It worked well and my dog liked it. Spongetech seemed as real as they get at the time but
WAS NOT! . Spongetech was a lesson in what happens when a penny stock company markets heavily before it's time and what happens when those advertising bills aren't paid. In the end it was all an intentional scam that even the MLB and NBA and many others bought into. The Spongetech COO is awaiting sentencing and a great article about the company's downward spiral is below. All should read it!
I consider GRCU to be the complete opposite of SPNG. Sales are definitely not being touted or heavily advertised but slowly building behind the scenes. I believe GRCU will let their financials speak the truth. I'm hoping they are being audited or have been audited. If audited then they could be filing late due to the extra lead time auditors can take.
