the case? a vendetta. pre-dates ntek. basically, 2005 counterfeiting his own ideas and tech. when his contract for $1.4 or $1.6mill wasn't honored. he started selling his original ideas and products to market (only, presented as if they were from the company. who bought the rights from him to do so. but weren't paying him). this stuff happened just as his son was born. i guess papa took matters into his own hands. when he shouldn't have. (that employer owed him money. appears to have been "legally connected". made sure to bring him up on fed charges. anything shipped through the mail is a federal case)
the case will be appealed
go to supreme court eventually
