Tijero, the DF case has nothing to do with NTEK. I

from DF's long ago past with another company. Basically
it involves a dispute over some intellectual property. David
claims he had the right to it and the claim in the case is he
stole it. More to it than that but that's the gist.
But the bashers use the issue to say if DF goes to jail
for a couple years then NTEK will be ruined, which is
blatantly false, especially at this point in time when all
the infrastructure to make ULTRAFLIX a long term success
has already been built. And we have LX RUDIS and several
others at NTEK with the tech knowhow and genius
to make it a long success even if DF does go to jail.
Nevertheless, this issue will cause short term volatility in
the stock price and that's all the bashers are really hoping
to succeed at.
