I think your projected profit model of $8 million is off by about $8 million. I believe it should be $16 million and here's why.
According to Rioden, and I quote:
"We have developed a new plan that calls for substantial increases in both revenues and profits for this year and beyond. By focusing on our core competencies, we have now have a plan in place to increase our gross profits by more than $8M in 2015."
First off let me say his statement is a little vague because NTEK's fiscal year ends in June 2015. So, is he talking calendar year of physical year? Lets assume for a moment he's talking calendar year. In 2014, NTEK's gross profits were, I'm ball parking this, 8 million. So wouldn't a substantial increase mean from the $8 million they did in 2014? Otherwise, it's not even an increase much less a substantial increase? It sounds to me like he's projecting NTEK to double what they did in 2014, thus, gross profits would be in the neighborhood of $16 million.
Using your model, NTEK should be trading at about a .24 - .25 cents pps, conservatively. And frankly, I think that'll happen in calender year 2015.
I guess we'll see.
