I am curious of this as well. I remember the name Eric Baron from my time on the FB page but I do not remember Carol. If anyone has seen these letters I would love to read them and see what is being referred to. I assume it is just a shareholder letter to some entity of importance. Sounds like it's a mature letter, not a "YOU ARE CORRUPT AND SUCK!!".
