Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen.
Sorry I haven't been posting as of late, it is just that so much has come up recently in my personal life that I have been almost overwhelmed (fortunately all of a good nature).
On Thursday one of my biggest competitors closed his doors for good, so I have been scrambling to take advantage of the customer base that he left without a place to go (you have to strike while the iron is hot).
Then later that day a Real Estate deal fell into my lap, so I had to do some intense analyzing and some quick negotiating and I think that one is a go as well (again.....that hot iron thing).
Today I have my laptop and I am just waiting for the Mrs.and the "Dulce Quince" (I made that expression up, apparently) to get their hair done....and I'm borrowing Burger King's internet connection here in Spotsylvania Virginia.
So, to sum up as best as I can in one post to answer the many PMs I have been receiving.....YES.....Baltia HQ has thought this one out very carefully, has formulated various courses of action, and is currently laying the groundwork for what many feel has better than a 95% chance of success.
The actual battle....assault....presentation....whatever you want to call it......will start on Monday morning, and many expect a relatively quick and positive outcome.
Bottom line........Baltia has a hell of a lot of life left in them, and a hell of a lot more than most would either believe or expect or even give them credit for.
....and I myself am still in negotiations to squeeze out just under a quarter of a million in capital, and to set that aside when the deal is finalized, just in case I need to up my level of commitment in the near future.
You just have to change your mindset and think outside the box once in a while. That is where some of the best ideas and the best deals can be found.
GLTA......the Mrs. is calling.....seems they are done making her even more beautiful than she already is!
