As previously announced, the merger with the major controlling shareholder and registrant of the trademarks Green Magic and Green Cures is still in effect. Additional details will be provided as progress is made.
Here is their problem and I've seen this before. They move like snails and the "part time" theory might not be too far off. This was mentioned 2.5 focking months ago. Does it really take 2.5 months
to make progress on merger requirements? Why no updates?
In addition they don't question or answer to their shareholder value! Focking bunch of mutes behind the wheel! Zero response so far to that post I sent them. Cripes, they can call me an asshole for calling them arrogant; whatever, but focking respond you deaf and dumb mutes before your PPS ends up in the greys and your fighting for survival never mind an up list!
