So, time for more shares? I am still a bit leary. Perhaps I am being a nervous nelly, but the probable plan based on the public info is:
(0) Wait inordinate amount of time to let basher noise subside.
(1) Get CERTS in shareholder's hands so that concern over pps will diminish.
(2) Announce major accomplishment towards cash-flow and profit.
(3) Let stock appreciate to double zeros rather than trips.
(4) announce RS to pull the company out of sub penny into OTCQB.
(5) Start long and arduous journey to SEC reporting company and maybe a future RS/uplist to Nasdaq in 2-5 years after OTCQB.
We are in Phase1. We will likely see Phase 2 in the coming weeks. Depending on the size of their big announcement, they might want to save their accounting dollars for item 5. Based on the quality of the reports thus far, I would expect it to take about 2 years to fully create, review, audit and release 3 years worth of GAAP and SOX compliant 10K/10Q docs. This will be required if they ever want to get out of the pennies. If the announcement merely business progress to get us to OTCQB, they may want to do catchup non-compliant 10ks as they have done in the past and address the compliancy when we have better prospects.
JMHO. looking forward to item 2 and waiting for my certs.
