Folks, I am very close to a CEO in San Diego, learned a lot in 15 years owning the stk, going to all the SHM's, about what it takes to remain 100% SEC compliant. I also know others on the BOD, plus their local SEC advisor, who guides them, keeps them out of trouble.
This FB entry is serious shit....we need to do our part not to harm the company, or you are harming your investment.
Their communication is not to be taken lightly.
