Elite Data Services Secures Financing for Gaming License

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Mar 27, 2015) - Elite Data Services, Inc. (OTCQB: DEAC) ("EDS" or "the Company"
is pleased to announce that it has recently raised the necessary capital to secure a gaming distributor license on the island of Roatán, the largest of the bay islands of Honduras. The license is expected to catalyze the Company's current business model with a healthy revenue stream once fully implemented.
Charles Rimlinger, EDS's CEO, comments, "We are thrilled with the recent achievements. This is a long awaited update for our shareholders toward taking the Company to the next level, and we're here. We believe this expansion will give us an opportunity, in an unsaturated market, to stake our claim in the lucrative gaming industry, which I confidently believe will increase exponential growth in shareholder value."
