I'm starting to work on the premise that with OTC one should always be pessimistic. I know we want a silver lining for our disappointments, but hyped expectations lead to further disappointments and eventually impatience.

If you don't allow yourself to get so hyped about a potential spike in pps, then you can appreciate incremental gains or even news about how the company is progressing. If you're hyped up about how the pps could quadruple or spike in some once in a lifetime way, every roadbump feels monumental.

My approach and the approach I've seen from several others with such stocks has been faulty.

So...in short. The answer is no. There is no reason to believe the delay in mini-evac completion will cause a greater bounce in pps because of anticipation. The farther it dips the more ground we'll have to retread on the way up.
