My guess is the shorts are trading on inside information by provided by Elsley and Seneca. They sure get the information ahead of the rest of us. I can't wait when the stock PPS is way up to have discovery on the cretin. You know the SEC lawsuit telegraphed days ahead. Oh I forgot the Seneca mortgage which was telegraphed at least a week in advance. Let's not forget Morninglightmountain's revealing items on court cases that were not public.
