"In a subsequent report released in 2000, the NTSB found that in seven out of 19 evacuations it studied — or 37 percent of the time — at least one slide failed to work correctly".
So according to the above quote from the link 37% of the slides are not faulty but "at least one slide failed" out of all deployed per incident. That would mean that 37% of mini evacs fail since ALL FAA chosen slides must deploy acceptably.
