Just got a new email from PVEC:

Dear Shareholders & Affiliates,
As we endeavor to move forward, the company will be releasing an update as to the status of the C Series distributions. We understand that not all shareholders have received their distribution. The company intends to rectify this, just as the company intends to honor the distributions. We are working to ensure all matters necessary to do this are solidified as soon as possible so that when time allows, each and every eligible shareholder will be able to redeem their distribution.
We have received numerous email and calls from some who say they are shareholders but have not received the Public Notice email sent March 25, 2015. The email list containing the announcement was generated from the email addresses on file from those who confirmed their eligibility of the C Series distribution. Many email were returned to us for various reasons, one of which was for the size of the email announcement. We apologize for this but are doing what we can to apprise shareholders and communicate as able.
