That's a "for sure". I think in their minds, the Embedded Codes in L2, as revealed to them by "The Decoder", trump all financial and material facts. "DD" means listening to the secret messages, and constructing an alternate reality in which things have only gotten progressively better for PTOI over the last six years, and huge events are to be announced "next Monday".

I think they truly believe that everything is about to turn around any second, based on that "DD". Hence their posting of meaningless L2 snapshots every few minutes, showing random flickerings in the fourth decimal place, despite their claims of having down-averaged for the last SIX YEARS. Any second now, entities are going to be forced to cover their tens of billions of nonexistent "air shares", and all the down-99% bagholders will be made rich, teaching all us naysayers a lesson we will never recover from.
