this was not a scam from the beginning as some will now say as a knee jerk
like thousands of co's this was hurt due to an unconstitutional without due process political mandate by a politician who decided business was evil after he spent some time living in Harlem ( saw the sympathetic tv doc myself on a liberal station) as I've discussed in length in many posts on many boards
and thus he ordered agencies to inhibit and attack these co's- as I said from the beginning outside political interference was 1 of the greatest dangers- thus the original BLM Aug 2012 approval was withdrawn and the co did not have the resources to comply w/finish the new tougher permit process
SIRGS lack of info to stock holders was deplorable and I began to get suspicious of the flurry of May -June 2013 PR's -the last PR's- because I could not see any progress in the 10Q's, including any increase of debt financing to the engineering firms, other than an amazing number of revolving debts- which I posted
then the 11-11-13 promo without a peep from SIRG maxing out A/S without any attempt to increase A/S, followed by lack of renewal of agreements of forbearance by creditors as of Dec 31,2013, led to me to wonder whether bankruptcy was coming
and the Redrock scenario without any PR by SIRG and the associated promo by newly found SIRG posters seemed dishonest/suspicious- why in the world would Key Capital- a pink co w practically no assets at the time-
