Then days later the TORQ deal was done. Ledger said 1000000 DUTV : 7000 PTEL and then it was noted in DUTV quarterly report. Shares not released. Probably just a marker. Other 3.4 Billion was sent to Blue Bull Venture (BV)
16.5 Billion/20000 = 825000/7000= 117 X 1,000,000 DUTV = 117,000,000 DUTV + 825,000 PTEL = 167 Million TORQ
So if you need 2.5 Billion / 150 to replace the scribe TORQ shares...
Only have 1.253 Billion DUTV Float and 1.35 Billion Left at ENTI...
That leave only 103 Million shares roughly to take 117 Million shares out of....
Not enough shares ???
So I guess that NASDAQ ready with 20.4 Million shares might be in play ???
