Last night I'm reading on small companies doing reverse mergers , small companies jumping from otc to a better exchange privately held shell companies as well.........they were all in different sectors I didn't find anything close to what cash has laid out but what they all were see. Bng was to attract the next level of investors that come with up listing.
Exciting to read anyway.
I plum forgot my strategy yesturday indulging myself in cash's senario that Im using a multiple with my senario.
Because penny stocks move on catalyst to propel there PPS that was my premis , I was waiting for growth in revenue Q after Q of couse the balance sheet would have to look a little better but t my catalyst was add revenue coupled with audited fins and large brand companies were doing buisness with...........that was my scenario and it's subject to changes as we learn more.
There's kind of two very real scenarios . That still leaves being bought out which I don't want and then you have what if there really is not enough shares and we get a great catalyst this would bring another set of exciting problems.
You can never be to ready with DUTV just because these are not in any filings don't or Mr.McHenry hasn't PR it doesn't mean something is not going on.
I see it like this, It's to have the balloon and not need it then need it and not have it.
I'm going to be a zombie today DUTV kicked my skinny Azz last night.
some are going to laugh about this because our Q is over due.....fine knock your selves out.
