One big problem, contractors tell you what you want to hear. Of Coarse this leads you to spend more and more cash. Oil wells are a tough go in the million dollar price range and it's difficult for to make many calls when you don't have a substantial cash reserve.
A successful business model requires capital reserve for such cases....
Even companies like HUSA are subject to catastrophic failure...
