So needed... when WI deal shares are converted to nonrestricked then balance due to them by Treaty for WI is paid in full and ... I would go with if I were Croft its a no lose deal . They own the working interest its they same effect to them until Treaty owns it (balance paid , then they have unrestricted shares of Treaty , lol.
