1 Ceo I knew was quite communicative w shareholders but most arent
environmental permits- at least in the USA- require considerable specialized engineering firms help-which specializes in those things- thus i assume is the reason for the Oct /Nov discounted shares -
those who have seen the process in the USA know how involved it is in the USA - usually much easier in latin america- items on the list to be answered for env permit are simple compared to USA checklists -
so hopefully NEWC wont have to raise more funds than they already have -so we can stop the bleeding resulting from discounted shares-as i said before it looks like shares already issued have already been mostly taken care of/converted/sold into market so will have to see the 10K to see what new has been issued,if any-if they would just approve env permit PR's make it sound like the aggregate rock etc selling could proceed
thats part of the nonstop irony of pennystocks -actual value should be higher now than before as they are closer to revenue than ever before but pps is lower due to penny games- too many looking for the non existent instant magic pill-taking a shortsighted view while chasing some longshot elsewhere
NEWC apparently will or has contracted for road dept for road reconstruction projects-main unfinished item of env permit-and dont need refurbished road to sell road bldg products,so by the time drilling etc is done and they are ready to sell coal the nearby roads will be upgraded
