Look badgering people into your way of thinking without presenting all the information or an avenue to receive that information isn't helping. I have always been in the camp that is here like everyone in my group "to make money" we aren't here to change the world, or the penny market for that matter. Somewhere along the lines I got lumped onto a "side" like some team in a sport. I'm not on any side. I'm not sure why it's necessary to lump fellow investors into a category and bash or disrespect them to get ones point across. Frankly I would prefer the days of Armando and Roxy, at least we all made money, without the drama. I could care less whether Victor is in or out, or live streams the next super bowl half time show, or whether they cure cancer!! If the group looking to proxy vote him out is successful, it would be preferred that we come out of that with a ROI and not the Grey Sheets. My point was if you cannot resolve this with a positive outcome, and the only result is a Freeze / Halt or Grey Sheets, then your simply removing him out of spite, and it does none of us any good to crucify Victor for your own agenda. That isn't acceptable to many shareholders. Period.
That's as clear as it can be. My group is on the "Green Team"
