The Board of Trustees for the Clough Global Allocation Fund (NYSE MKT: GLV) has approved an increase in its monthly cash distribution, to a rate of $0.120 per common share. This represents an increase in the annualized distribution rate of $0.18 per share, 14.29%. Based on the Fund's current share price of $14.77 and net asset value per share of $17.13 (as of close on January 2, 2015), the new distributions represent an annualized distribution rate of 9.75% and 8.41%, respectively. The Fund has approximately $350 million in total assets.
