Financial services firm Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) revealed on Saturday that the boards of its closed end funds, Morgan Stanley Asia-Pacific Fund Inc (NYSE:APF), Morgan Stanley China A Share Fund Inc (NYSE:CAF), Morgan Stanley Eastern Europe Fund Inc (NYSE:RNE), Morgan Stanley Emerging Markets Debt Fund Inc (NYSE:MSD), Morgan Stanley Emerging Markets Domestic Debt Fund Inc (NYSE:EDD), Morgan Stanley Emerging Markets Fund Inc (NYSE:MSF), Morgan Stanley Income Securities Inc (NYSE:ICB), The Latin American Discovery Fund Inc (NYSE:LDF), The Thai Fund Inc (NYSE:TTF) and The Turkish Investment Fund Inc (NYSE:TKF) (together, the funds) elected Nancy C Everett as a class II director (Class I for Morgan Stanley Income Securities Inc) and Jakki L Haussler as a class III director, effective from 1 January 2015.

(NYSE:RNE), Morgan Stanley Emerging Markets Debt Fund, Inc. (NYSE:MSD), Morgan Stanley Emerging Markets Domestic Debt Fund, Inc. (NYSE:EDD), Morgan Stanley Emerging Markets Fund, Inc. (NYSE:MSF), Morgan Stanley Income Securities Inc. (NYSE:ICB), The Latin American Discovery Fund, Inc. (NYSE:LDF), The Thai Fund, Inc. (NYSE:TTF) and The Turkish Investment Fund, Inc. (NYSE:TKF) (individually, a "Fund" and, collectively, the "Funds" announced today that each Fund's Board of Directors appointed Nancy C. Everett to serve as a Class II director (Class I for Morgan Stanley Income Securities Inc.) and Jakki L. Haussler to serve as a Class III director, each effective as of January 1, 2015.
