Re: StuKiwi #5446
Excuse me Sir, but I was talking to someone else not you. As for any private placements, that is not my business and neither is it anyone elses. As for your inclination of my talking to a friend, you are mistaken again. All I know is that there is information coming out currently via SEC filings. The company is in a registration process (with a change in auditor) as clearly shown on the SEC edgar website. Now Sir...if you dont mind. I have already addressed my concerns as the timing of any corporate actions at this time seems to be very foolish. You are welcome to come to your own conclusions aswell as act as you please. Im simply stating an opinion based on the facts I see on paper no differ than anyother shareholder. Is there debt?, YES, Is that part of a start up?, YES, Is the current CEO not updating the shareholders?, YES, Is the CEO or anyother officer or assistant to the company performing to the duties to help grow the company? We shall see...All we can see are SEC fillings...and that to me looks like they are...even if the number look ugly...Does anyone here know what is going on behind closed doors or is in contact with the company's legal council to know what is currently going on...DOUBT IT! I know I am not. Who has the power to force a corporate action via the common shareholders......NOBODY! ONLY VOTING PREFFERED SHARES COUNT. WHO OWNES the MAJORITY of Preffered Shares...LOOK AT THE FILLINGS. I have been a long shareholder and over time have been able to understand that there are many shareholders that have significant holdings including myself....so with respect, I feel your frustration and anger however that does not mean that I am going to perform stupid actions against any corporate officer of MPIX at this time especially since there is no proof that any officer has done anything wrong yet. More importantly, The SEC is not something I would mess with now especially since over the last 3 years they have suspended and revoked over a 1000 companies (and counting) and I have yet to see any shareholder come out of that whole. So if you want to play games with your money (we all know we took a risk but that doesnt mean we should be so reckless) than by all means.....continue your emotional response to a condition none of us have any control over right now. Unless you want to continue the same talk over and over and over.....and not realize that there are some people that want the company to fail aswell....And the SEC would really help there cause.....Sorry that will not be me.
I wil remain with patience and understand that pink sheet companies never get everything right when they are a START UP especially when they are in a market that is very very difficult to grow out off.
