First of all this is for the Baltia Family, and for those who have ears to listen, and want to see Baltia succeed. For those who are flippers, day traders, paid bashers, and even other airline espionage players, this is not for you.
My post is based on DD, phone calls to HQ, reading all the posters post that matter, and reading often between the lines.
This post is of my humblest opinions. I have 0 insider information. I am not paid or compensated in anyway by any sides. I am a long investor in Baltia. I am most definetly a cheerleader and a Baltiaholic. I have not sold a single share of my holdings yet. I have accumulated 2.62 million shares, and will probably sell about 10% of my shares a month or so after certification so as to play with free money.
Lastly none of what I am saying means jack shit. This is not a game. It is very serious business the FAA does. This is not about being the best the FAA can be, this is about being perfect. This is about keeping people alive and saving lives. The FAA has their own ideas about when things will be done and get done. Baltia is working through a process that is never static, FAA rules, guidelines, safety issues, requirements are always being tweaked, refined, improved. Passenger and air travel safety are the only things that matter.
Ok and on to my opinions. This Tuesday will be the day for mini evac. If a fail occurs Wednesday or Thursday we see a retake. I see a pass this week. As most know we will be about right in the center of the industry average for attempt, when we pass. I see our PPS hitting.08-.10 by Friday. With 2, PRS of a pass, and the commencing of proving flights.
Proving flights, with a pass on Tuesday, should commence by Thursday (watch for flights on Flightaware) . The first of proving flights will be 50 hours domestically, and I am of the opinion that should be about a 2 week operation. Sometime in this domestic proving flights, we should hear we are a month away from our certification, and we can start to tell the world about Baltia through advertising. At this same time ticket sales should commence. Look for more PRs as well as PPS heading to about .20.
I then see Baltia commencing international proving flights. I hope the FAA will allow Baltia to just do 2 round trips to St. Petes an 8 flight to, a 9 hour flight back, and then another to and back, for 34 hours of international flights. I am hoping that the 84 hours of proving flights will suffice, the 747 is super proven aircraft, and Baltia staff and the FAA have worked tirelessly together for many years. This should not take longer than 10 days.
Reading between the lines of posts, it seems to me the last proving flight or the first ticketed flight is going to see much much news coverage. America's Newest Airlines!!! Certification, Advertising and hype should take this to about 50 cents a share, within a month after certification.
Additional planes, additional routes, a handful of quarterly reports showing greater and greater profit each quarter, should see this get to about $1.40 in two years. At that point. Two years out or so from certification, look to see a reverse split of 10 to 1. Which should bring the PPS up to $14 a share, and bring the OS down to 520 million, both very much inline with other air carriers.
The R/S of course will bring up the PPS which will then allow us to get onto bigger exchanges, which if the airline is doing all the right things, will help the company to grow. Perhaps PPS will push thru teens to $20.
Well there ya go. Take all of this bullshit with a grain of salt. My blah blah means nothing, I am just one fool with one opinion, and as they say about opinions, they are like assholes, everyone has got one and they all stink.
