1. Share Structure- AS,OS,Float?
2. Scheduled buybacks?
3. Revenue - current and projected @ Ghana, Keystone, Congress Mines?
4. Equipment status (all sites) ?
5. Permitt status (all sites)and requirements? Time frame?
6. PSRU status? SOLD SOLD SOLD
7. Canadian CTO (cease trade order) status?
8. DTCC (Depository Trust Clearing Corp) MNGG share "chill" status?
9. Debt status?
10. Is MNGG interested in expanding its footprint outside of the current mine in Ghana? Interested in expanding outside current operations in Keystone & Congress?
11. Will you be adding any officers or staff to the company once revenue begins?
12) What percentage of gross revenue will go towards buybacks.
13) What percentage of gross revenue will be used for cash reserves for equipment and expansion.
14) Do you have any third party investors that are looking to take an equity position in the stock. Example: keystone mining llc, or first nevada mining corp.
15) Does your goal include having more than 3 mines producing.
16) Are you solely concentrating on gold, or are you also going to process other rare earth metals. ( silver, copper).
17) Are you going to use first mining corps new technology on the keystone, or congress site? If, not, why?
18)What is the highest level of o/s you want for the stock? I know you have a goal of 2.6 by this december, but will that conclude buybacks, or will there continue to be buybacks until you hit a certain number?
19) Will we receive weekly filings when revenue hits?
20) Will all updates be press releases when revenue hits
21) Will we have audited /reviewed or compilation Financial statements. . If audited what is the first period the audit will cover?
22) Dallas Booley fake CEO! Status of his investigation since 2014 Nov Dec?
23) MNGG financials FYE (fiscal year end) Nov 30! Is this date set by MSR (mining sector rules)? If not, could date be changed to calendar FYE Dec 31, for convenience, and ease of remembering?
