It is a big decision. I would think as well it would be in her benefit to vote yes. I guess because of the importance of this legislation, she wants to ensure all her I's are dotted and T's are crossed. I am hoping this is the catalyst GRCU needs to push forward and leave the flippers and low bidders behind in the dust.
