This following post pains Meow to have to post, as Meow has never wanted to feel this way about a stock Meow was so heavily invested in. Meow is now almost totally convinced NTEK is a scam. Now scam is a very harsh word and Meow does not throw it around easily. And at best NTEK might as well be a scam due to the very poor way the company is run.

If anyone does not know the history behind SpongeTech (SPNG) it would make for good reading to research it. As it was the very elaborate scam that was very convincing, and made a lot of people lose a lot of money. They actually had a product that actually existed that one could buy and use, as well has advertisements in Major League Baseball stadiums and National Hockey League stadiums. They were also at trade shows and conventions. Meow actually has a sample SPNG product given away at the SEMA show in Las Vegas in 2006. There even exists a commercial with bikini clad women washing cars with their product. So all looking seemingly well does not make for legitmacy.

Meow has mentioned many times before. The constant failures to deliver and delays on PRs and Projections has hurt investor confidence to the point that Meow feels it is almost unrecoverable, at least in the near term for sure. And it shows as lower lows as the months go by.

And we all know about the fact that the stock has hit 17 cents in the past on far less supposed business at hand for NTEK. But considering that the float and the S/S is so much higher coupled with the huge loss of investor confidence, Meow feels that it is not logical to think that the PPS would ever recover to the point to make the long Shareholders green again. That is not to say that one could not make money at this level of PPS (Approx .025). As one could make good money on outright full-on scams, as long as the timing is right. And Meow is sure we have all made some profit or even very decent profit on highly questionable tickers.

Below Meow has a list of the supposed attempts at business that has seemed to go nowhere or has failed in Meow opinion. As well as questionable items seemingly just forgotten about or ignored. Vague PRs or projects etc. And actions not in the best interest of the PPS or Shareholers. Not Necessarily in any order.
